FAQ
Why does the browser ask for microphone permission?
For privacy protection, browsers require explicit user consent to access the microphone. Click "Allow" to proceed.
Where are recordings saved?
Recordings are temporarily stored in browser memory and are never uploaded. They will be lost when you close the page — use the download button to save them.
Why can't my microphone be detected?
Make sure the microphone is properly connected and enabled in system settings. For external microphones, check USB or Bluetooth connections.
What audio format are recordings?
The recording format depends on browser support, typically WebM (Opus codec) or OGG. Downloaded files can be played in most media players.
